Converse’s skate-centric CONS imprint presents its latest video, Nightlines. “Inspired by the raw energy of summer nights in the city when crowds, security and the heat allow skaters to own the streets,” the Richard Quintero film stars the likes of Mike Anderson, Aaron Herrington, Nuge, Sage Elsesser, Sean Pablo, Louie Lopez, Eli Reed, and Zered Bassett and also includes appearances by Al Davis, Brian DelaTorre and Ben Kadow. Set to Sonic Youth’s Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star cut “Bull in the Heather” and shot primarily in New York City this summer, Nightlines can be seen above in its entirety.

The Audition Trailer Starring Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro & Leonardo Dicaprio
Those excited to see Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio finally collaborate on a project are finally appeased, although perhaps not fulfilled. While the three have yet to star in a full-length endeavor, they come together in a cinematic new project – The Audition – created to promote two new casinos in Macau and Manila. Scorsese, De Niro, and DiCaprio all play themselves in the forthcoming short film, with the two actors unexpectedly pit against each other for the same role. From the above trailer, The Audition seems a lighthearted piece rife with self-mockery and humor – a welcome shift in roles for the otherwise serious players.
