Take a closer look at the coveted adidas Yeezy Boost. Kanye West‘s first collaborative sneaker with adidas physically embodies the merger of high-end fashion with the latest in sportswear technology. The high-top shoe resembles a boot silhouette, and embraces a minimalist approach in its construction. A lush, grey suede upper sits atop a grooved, internal boost insole that offers maximum comfort and full energy reimbursement with each step. A canvas dynamic strap arches across the sneaker’s body, before giving way to a perforated vamp toebox, vertically placed much higher than usual due to the steep incline of the internal boost insole. Hiking boot style shoelaces climb towards the Yeezy Boost’s risen collar lining, completing the simplistic design. Solebox will be carrying a limited quantity of full sizes, which will be available for purchase in-store on February 28th. The retail price has been set at €350 EUR (approximately $400 USD).
