As a nod to its long-running “TANKER” series, Porter has tapped Rocky Mountain Featherbed for an limited Fall/Winter 2014 collection. Designed exclusively for Japan’s BEAMS, the range takes cues from the iconic MA-1–originally designed for United States Air Force and Navy pilots and flight crews around 1950 and the initial inspiration for the “TANKER” series–and sees predominately nylon construction across a jacket, vest, laptop case, helmet bag, and backpack. Complete with leather accents and available in both black and olive drab, the seasonal BEAMS x Rocky Mountain Featherbed x Porter is now available at Tokyo’s BEAMS Harajuku.
