Combining bright pops of color with strong neutrals and natural accents, this home features a mix of classic Hollywood luxury and mid-century modern elegance. It can be found in Beverly Hills, California and was designed by Maxime Jacquet. The living room is not particularly colorful although it does stand out with all those silver accents.
A bunch of Togo Sofas fill the room, organized around a collection of four coffee tables all featuring wooden bases and glass tops. The wooden floor softens the décor a bit while the area rugs bring in even more glamor.
A classic Eames Lounge Chair sits in the corner but even it doesn’t look simple. The patterned upholstery gives it character. The chair sits next to a fireplace and an odd-looking side table with sculptural character.
The wall décor and the lighting complete this unique juxtaposition of styles.
In the dining room, the décor is quite different but not any less interesting. Eight Tulip Chairs with white frames and black seats are arranged around a glossy white table that appears smaller than it actually is. This whole arrangement is complemented by a neon yellow area rug.
The walls are personalized with a bunch of messages and doodles meant to give this room an inviting and comfortable appeal.
The bedroom is also characterized by bright pops of yellow. This cheerful color mixes well with the brown on the wooden furniture and the floor and the neutral shade used on the walls provides the perfect background.
A set of three nesting tables sit by the window and a cozy seating nook occupies the corner.
One of the walls is painted bright yellow. A small desk is placed against it and a collection of nine fedoras adorns this accent wall, bringing in some of the Hollywood glamor that we’ve seen in the other rooms.
