Check Out Batman’s New Batmobile from Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice

Following pictures posted on the Internet of the purported new Batmobile of the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice film taken during filming in Detroit, director Zack Snyder has released this official image of the armored vehicle. The official picture thus confirms the amateur photos of the Batmobile, featuring a sleeker, more streamlined profile as compared to the previous iteration, nicknamed ‘the Tumbler’ as seen in the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises. New additions to the design include a wider front chassis, a swiveling gun turret on the front hood, and what seem to be twin smoke launchers placed next to the front wheel hoods. Of course, we will have to wait until the film is released in 2016 before we can see the full capabilities of this monster of a car, but it will surely make for explosive entertainment if nothing else.
