A Look Inside agnès b.’s Ginza Boutique “Rue du Jour”

In celebration of its 40th anniversary, agnès b. opened a brand new flagship in Tokyo’s Ginza district. The first agnès b. boutique to offer the label’s full lineup of signature French casual designs, the 546-square-meter space spans three floors of a six-story structure just behind the main Matsuya Ginza building. Designed by Hiroshima’s SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, Rue du Jour — a nod to the street on which agnès b. opened its first shop in Paris back in 1975 — hosts women’s items and a coffee shop on the first floor while the label’s sister brand, TO B., and Voyage collections can be found one floor up. Finally, men’s and infant styles hit the third floor alongside a bevy of home goods.

If you’re on the hunt for some casual Parisian chic, stop through next time you’re in the Japanese metropolis.

The pieces highlighted fit well with County of Milan’s established aesthetic, showcasing draping motocross-inspired jersey shirts, athletic branded bra-tops and frayed jean jackets amongst other pieces. Enjoy the video above, and look for this offering from Marcelo Burlon County of Milan online in the coming weeks.
