Nike’s New Tokyo Store is Everything a Runner Needs and More

Adjacent to Inokashira Park, one of Tokyo’s top running destinations, Nike has opened its flagship running concept store in the Japanese capital’s trendy Kichijoji district. The 5,400-square-foot space is centered around tailoring Nike’s products to customers’ running and training regimens, within a holistic interior spruced up with digital signage, and graphic design by local artist Shun Sasaki. The store itself offers everything from one-on-one, in-store treadmill coachin and bra-fitting, to NIKEiD and weekly run clubs to foster the local running community.
