How To Throw A Housewarming When You Outbid Jay-Z And Beyoncé on a $70 Million Dollar Home

What do you do when you outbid Jay-Z and Beyoncé on a $70 million home in Beverly Hills? You throw a party as lavish as its cost, of course.
