California skatewear brand HUF looks back into the past for its Holiday 2015 collection. Taking influences from the American workwear tradition, HUF introduces chambray and denim shirts alongside rugby jerseys and letterman jackets. This season’s patterns have also been inspired by everything from Scottish tartans of the Black Watch, Mexican serape motifs, as well as custom ERDL camo patterns as found on a padded jacket. Oak NYC 2014 “A$AP + OAK” Editorial – Part 1
The word ‘Oak’ has the faint air of exclusivity in New York. It seems fitting that the same nightlife scene members that frequent Meatpacking District clubs likely visited Oak NYC for the evening’s ensemble, with the retailer playing a pivotal, rather influential role in the city’s fashion scene. Notably, Oak catered to the A$AP Mob in the group’s formative years – and here ASAP Relli returns the favor by starring in the retailer’s lookbook for Spring/Summer 2014. The editorial showcases a love for harem-style pants and bomber jackets, elongated hoodies and fitted trousers – all done in New York’s all-black hometown color scheme.
