Having already taken a look at footwear brand atmos’ new apparel range, atmos Lab, the Japanese brand has unveiled its latest collaboration with Canadian accessories label Herschel Supply Co. Featuring a selection of backpacks, duffle bags and pouches, the offering highlights all-black tonal items with reflective detailing. Trademark to Herschel construction, the bags are both well-designed and functional, including the quintessential Pop Quiz backpack offering waterproof zippers, padded laptop sleeve pockets, and front pocket mesh organizers. The Herschel Supply Co. x atmos Lab Fall/Winter 2015 collection ranges from ¥4,200-11,80o JPY (approximately $35-99 USD) and is available online now at atmos Lab.

Dutch photography duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin have once again caused quite the stir following their latest production starring former Disney star Selena Gomez. With their work often being described as outstanding, evocative and consistently interesting, the pair’s service to the world of fashion has been evident for over 25 years now. Following on from their shoot with Rihanna For AnOther Magazine, Inez & Vinoodh have added an interesting angle to the aesthetic of yet another celebrity. The sexualization of Selena Gomez in the shoot seems somewhat innocent and leaves many things open to individual interpretation – namely the actress turned singer’s fit into such sexually driven imagery. The question remains whether or not their ‘sexy cowgirl’ approach was done to be evocative or humorous. We’ll let you decide.
