Google to Announce Android Marshmallow and Nexus 5 Phones on September 29
Google has sent out press invitations for its fall event, set to take place in San Francisco on Tuesday, September 29. Promising “tasty new treats and much s’more,” Google is expected to reveal a revamp of its Nexus 6 smartphone by Chinese manufacturer Huawei, as well as a much-anticipated 2015 relaunch of its popular Nexus 5 model, again to be built by LG. Both are rumored to be equipped with fingerprint readers and USB Type-C inputs, which will dovetail with features in Android 6.0 Marshmallow, also scheduled to debut at the conference.
