According to the Marvel Universe, Asgardian God of Thunder Thor possesses the mythical hammer Mjölnir which can only be weld by Thor himself, for no one else (except a certain android) is worthy. Taking this to the streets and having a bit of fun, a Venice Beach-native went ahead and created a real life version of Mjölnir using science rather than magics. The hammer, constructed with electromagnets inside of which can be deactivated through a thumbprint scanner via the creator alone, punks passersby into thinking there’s more to the prop than meets the eye. Check out the hilarity above, and stay for the end where someone may not have the strength or worthiness of Captain America, but outsmarts the creator at his own game nonetheless.

2014年4月20日(日)、ショッピングだけでなく、人と人を繋ぐ空間となる新スタイルのコンセプトストア「ヴェルムーア(Valmuer)」が東京・表参道にオープンする。
ファウンダー・ディレクターのクリスティン・ウェイ(Christine Wei)によって世界中のコレクションから厳選された服やバッグ、シューズは、ランバン(LANVIN)やアレキサンダー・マックイーン(Alexander McQueen)、アントニオ マラス(Antonio Marras)、ジャイルズ(Giles)などのハイエンドなコレクションから、日本ではまだ取扱いが少ないサラ バッタリア(Sara Battaglia)のバッグコレクションなど、ラグジュアリーで個性的なブランドがラインナップ。
Nao Taniyamaが内装デザインを手掛けたショップ内には、カフェやライブラリースペースも併設される。カフェスペースでは、オリジナルブレンドのコーヒーや、東京初進出となるベジオベジコ(VEGEO VEGECO)によるスムージーを楽しめる。また週末の夜にはラウンジスペースになったり、定期的に様々なアーティストの方の作品を展示するギャラリースペースになったりと、訪れた人の好奇心を満足させ、何度でも通いたくなるような仕掛けが登場する。
