Jack Dorsey Named CEO of Twitter
Founded back in 2006, Twitter has been a highly popular social media outlet and has recently made a big decision; co-founder and former interim chief executive Jack Dorsey has now been officially named the company’s permanent CEO. The recent announcement has verified previous reports that’ve been rumored around throughout the past few weeks. Additionally, Twitter has also named Adam Bain as its chief operating office (COO) as well. Dorsey and Bain both have previous experience, as Dorsey is also the CEO of Square Inc. while Bain was the former president of global revenue and partnerships at Twitter from September of 2010 up until October of 2015.
