Sports brand Under Armour is set to send pro-basketballer Stephen Curry on a world tour where he will connect with people in a wide variety of countries through a series of talks, one-on-one interactions and a reported shooting clinic. Curry will be visiting Tokyo, Beijing, Chongqing and Shanghai and it has just been announced that he will also appear in Manilla on September 5. Regarding the program, Curry noted:
“Together with Under Armour, I’m looking forward to sharing my energy and commitment to basketball with the fans and basketball players in Asia who will leave their mark on the game. China and the Philippines have a rich cultural connection to basketball and I’ve heard the game is becoming more popular in Japan by the day. This will be an unforgettable experience and we have some special things planned for some of the best basketball fans in the world.”
