Stella McCartney and her longstanding relationship with adidas is back to design another winning kit for Great Britain’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes. With Rio 2016 just a year away, the British designer also designed London 2012’s uniforms, with retail replicas selling out instantly amid the Olympic craze. It’s no wonder that the mother of four has been asked to return, as she brought an undeniably sleek and sophisticated look to Team GB. The planning process began back in 2014 when McCartney was first recommissioned by adidas, saying “it is a great honor to work with our great athletes again to make them proud with the designs we are creating for them.”
