Norway is renowned for its majestic natural scenery with some of the most beautiful mountains, glaciers and fjords in the world. For this reason, the international architecture, landscape and interior design firm Snøhetta designed an 11,000 m² hotel situated on the coast of Lofoten in the Scandinavian country. Interestingly, its unique design is a by-product of the company’s consideration for the construction limitations of the surrounding environment, points of access, sustainability and more.
