Oddly and hilariously enough, comedy vets Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig are set to star in an upcoming film for Lifetime — yes, Lifetime. Said to be a parody of Lifetime’s prototypical fare in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the network’s in-house film productions, A Deadly Adoption is based on a true story and stars Ferrell and Wiig as “a successful couple who house and care for a pregnant woman (Jessica Lowndes) during the final months of her pregnancy with the hope of adopting her unborn child.” Check out the brief teaser above and look for the flick to air on June 20 on Lifetime.
