There are “Chaos” players, like Arjen Robben, who “play on instinct and on talent… They have moments when they don’t play regularly in the process of creating the game… [these players] can create absolutely everything and the trainer can’t control that. You can not limit that.” And then there is the “Control” player, like Bastian Schweinsteiger, who “has a vision about what the team needs… [they] think more about what the team needs and what is the best solution for the team.” At the end of the day, “You need both.
