Following last week’s preview, creative firm Bassett & Partners has released a short film that explores the meaning of a design brief from the perspective of a variety of creative visionaries. The 26-minute film is made up of a series of one-on-one interviews with the likes of Frank Gehry (architect and founder of Gehry Partners LLC), Maira Kalman (Illustrator), John C Jay (President at GX and Partner at Wieden + Kennedy), Yves Béhar (industrial designer and CEO of fuseproject), David Rockwell (architect, designer and CEO of the Rockwell Group) and John Boiler (CEO of 72 and Sunny). In addition to the great insight offered by the various individuals, the film also gives a rare behind-the-scenes look at some of the designers’ in their respective workplace.
