Ferrari has unveiled its most powerful open top car to date: the 458 Speciale Aperta. Limited to only 499 units, the latest supercar features a V8 4.5 litre naturally aspirated engine delivering 605 HP at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. It needs just three seconds to go from 0-62 mph, while the 0-124 mph sprint takes 9.5 seconds. Other features include a new aluminum retractable roof that needs 14 seconds to open/close. This model is being billed as Ferrari’s most aerodynamic spider ever, and is showcased in a bespoke triple-layer yellow livery with a Blue Nart and Bianco Avus central stripe. Carbon fiber dashboards and door panels along with Alcantara wrapped seats with 3D stitching and technical fabrics give the interior an elegant yet sporty look. The Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta will be officially introduced on October 2 at the Paris Motor Show.
