Though already having earned ‘institution’ status amongst modern sartorialists, Dover Street Market London turns only ten years old this year. Through the years, the pioneering fashion outpost has amassed relationships with fashion’s finest, establishing collaborations with everyone from Supreme to Junya Watanabe. After a three-day remodeling intensive, DSM London will open with completely redesigned sections for its brands, alongside a new Nike floor and a pop-up space for Good Design Shop in collaboration with D & DEPT. Running under the tag “Market Street Dover,” a series of custom checkerboard-printed pieces from Eastpak, Vans, Fred Perry, Sunspel and New Era will be made available. What’s more: Sacai, Rick Owens, Bianca Chandon and more have also created exclusive celebratory pieces. Launching on September 1 with the release of Pharrell’s “GIRL” fragrance and a Rei Kawakubo-designed installation, be sure to check out this month-long ceremony if in the London area.
