Who says you can’t have dessert before dinner? Here’s a spin on a favorite holiday classic, a Sweet Potato Pie cocktail with toasted marshmallow, nutmeg and bourbon.
1 part AITA Sweet Potato Vodka
2 parts Bourbon
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar syrup
4 dashes orange bitters
2 large marshmallows
Pinch of nutmeg
Combine bourbon, Sweet Potato vodka, lemon juice and brown sugar syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large chunk of ice. Garnish with toasted marshmallow and a small amount of nutmeg.
