London-based design agency Fivefootsix has announced its closure. In its decade-long career the studio has worked with clients including BBC Children in Need and Ben & Jerry’s, working across animation, film, strategy, campaigns and interiors as well as branding and graphic design. Co-founder Algy Batten says: “After a hugely exciting journey building Fivefootsix with Mark, we both felt that it was time for a new challenge. The landscape of our industry is changing fast and while we’re both keen to remain active in design and branding, we have aims and ambitions that will see us taking different directions in the future.”

Jason Murphy’s characters struggle through life, while his drawings soar
Me nut nut nut was one of Jason Murphy’s daughter’s first utterances, and is now the name for his drawings of awkward stories of fear and incompetence. Inspired by the physical comedy of The Young Ones and The Ren & Stimpy Show, Jason’s drawings rely on comic intuition and references to real-life moments, like dropping a potato on his cat.
