The trailer for Flying Lotus’ (AKA Steven Ellison) short film FUCKKKYOUUU has just been released. Directed by Eddie Alcazar, the film premiered at the Sundance Next Fest 2015 in LA in August, but it’s only now that we’ve been given a sneaky 30-second peek. The premise of the film sees a time travelling girl finding love and comfort through connecting with her past self but then it goes horribly wrong. All in black and white, the trailer flashes uncomfortable and disturbing scenes of screaming beauties and soil covered insects all in quick succession creating an unpleasant tension. Like an artfully made slasher movie, the creepy trailer is no doubt just a snippet of the nightmares it will give us.
