Bobby Hundreds To Release “THE IMPOSSIBLE PROJECT” Streetwear Documentary

In Gangstarr’s “Robin Hood Theory,” Elijah Shabazz notes muses on the importance of “schooling the youth with wisdom, [as otherwise] the sins of the father will visit the children.” It’s hard to ignore these words as they relate to streetwear, a largely youth-generated movement that has, for a few years now, been in a transitional phase. The legacy of streetwear means nothing without proper archiving, and thankfully Bobby Hundreds has tasked himself to chronicle the movement’s growth – from inception to modern day. The idea stems from a screenplay written by Mr. Kim over two years ago, which was consistently denied by studios around California until recently. Finally, the documentary – tentatively dubbed “The Impossible Project” – has been picked up by Project Cobalt and some other friends, and has begun filming. As we eagerly await updates on this pivotal project, be sure to leave thoughts below.
