Creative Family Home in Mexico Providing Opulent Modern Living: Vista Clara Residence
Mexico based architecture studio lineaaquitectura.mx completed the design and development of Vista Clara, an imposing three-level family residence offering luxurious modern living. The 635 square-meter house is located in La Vista Country Club, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city of Puebla, Mexico. Taking advantage of the natural slope of the site, the architects managed to provide a complex living experience for the inhabitants. The main entrance to the house is located on the middle floor, accessed by stairs ascending from the garage level.
The translucent onyx facade makes the residence stand out in its neighborhood. During the day, it casts an interesting effect of light and shadow inside, while at night it frames the main entrance, creating a powerful identity. The first level contains the public spaces and access to the terrace with swimming pool, while the second level contains three bedrooms and a family room. The recreational area (cinema, game room and bar) is partially submerged in the ground floor. Green walls can be observed throughout, providing a fresh and welcoming feel.
