One of the goals behind 355 Mansfield Residence by Ceramiche Refin was to bring some classic Italian style to a family dwelling in Los Angeles, to have “a mix of Asian-influenced décor and Italian chic that caters to a Southern California lifestyle. The open-plan home that boasts a spacious area of 1,683 square feet, is a creative and eclectic mix of lines, shapes, masses, contrasting colors and materials, all pulled together with Ceramiche Refin tiles that enrich the rooms of the house.” The LA Residence accommodates a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering flexible living for a large family.
Sophisticated, yet minimalist, the contemporary house puts quite a few interesting design elements on display: “To accentuate the vast, open-air living plan, the tiles chosen for the project by Italian designer and manufacturer, Refin, are a mix or urban and classically-inspired designs and can be found throughout the entire home in the living, dining and lounge area, as well as the Japanese-style outdoor garden, and bedrooms and bathrooms on the second level.” The cement tiles on the floor and the black window frames add a raw-industrial vibe.
