Boasting a lineage that stretches back to 1988, the ZX420 was originally designed as a technical long-distance running shoe. As part of the adidas Consortium series, the ZX420 has been redone in the Quotoole colorway, with a an upper of lightweight breathable mesh and suede panelling in blue and purple tones, atop a three-piece white EVA midsole and black outsole. In the details are a hot pink lining, a quarter panel done in a satin finish, and red accents on the Three Stripes, heel counter and midsole.
