2015 marks the 30th anniversary of DTLR, and to celebrate, the U.S. retailer has partnered with Staple and Timberland for two special limited edition collaborations.
The Staple capsule collection is comprised of casual wear, including sweatshirts, pullovers, full-zip hoodies, sweatpants, and knit caps to take you from day to night, work to play. The range of apparel’s “Safety Grey” theme is carried through to the Timberland collaboration, which is a special take on the brand’s iconic 6-Inch Boot. The limited edition, waterproof “Safety Grey” boot has a premium full-grain leather upper that’s dressed in a distinct grey color, and features a reflective, bright green collar, matching green laces, 400 grams of PrimaLoft insulation, custom-printed insoles, and the traditional Timberland rubber outsole. The model comes in a custom box with a secondary set of bright orange laces.
The DTLR x Timberland “Safety Grey” 6-Inch Boot will be released exclusively in limited pairs (Men’s and Grade School sizes) at DTLR online October 16. It drops in-store along with the Staple capsule October 23.
