Michael Jordan’s 1984 Olympic Sneakers Are Up For Auction

Another day, and another pair of valued sneakers, worn in-game by “His Airness” have been unearthed. The latest shoes up for bidding are an old school pair of Converse high-tops that Michael Jordan laced up in during the 1984 Summer Olympic Games. A lucky ball boy was gifted with signed shoes, which have been authenticated. Set to go live this Friday, June 5 at Grey Flannel Auctions, the starting bid for the basketball sneakers is $50,000 USD. Let us know in the comments section below if you believe the final bid will exceed the $71,000 USD fetched by fellow ball boy Khalid Ali, who earlier this year, successfully auctioned off an autographed pair of Nikes, worn by Michael Jordan during his rookie season.
