According to TMZ, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube has been mixed into Suge Knight’s legal saga. Knight was charged for a hit-and-run back in January that resulted in the death of Terry Carter, and the other rappers are being held partially culpable. This update sees the rap legends accused of hiring “known gang members” as security personnel in gang-stricken areas in Los Angeles where the upcoming N.W.A-biopic Straight Outta Compton was filmed. Knight’s hit-and-run was a result of threats from these gang members, hence the partially culpable charge for Dr. Dre and Ice Cube.
