Apparently the Superstar 80s can indeed be even cleaner aesthetically, as evidenced by adidas Originals‘ new “Clean” edition of the silhouette. Seen here in white, the design retains the leather upper, gold foil text branding, and signature shell toe of the original while ditching the Three Stripes branding for a more streamlined look. Finished with a star-emblazoned footbed, the adidas Originals Superstar 80s Clean “Running White” can be found now at afew while supplies last.
