Some brave, dark and rather moody graphic design here from Farrow, which has created a recent advertising campaign for furniture brand SCP. The design is a wonderful departure from the interiors world’s usual white, crisp look, instead centring around beautifully shot, dark photography that captures nothing but the edges where the light catches an arm of a chair or the curve of a couch. Farrow and SCP are long time collaborators, having worked together on project including a rather sleek clock in the past, but this new work is so striking in its simplicity, confidence and breaking of convention.
